As a Choice Associate, you challenge yourself everyday. Choice has some great benefits to help our associates with some of the challenges they may face outside of the office as well as some fun perks.

Tuition Reimbursement — Choice Hotels offers full-time associates tuition reimbursement assistance of up to $5,000 annually for eligible expenses. In order to qualify for reimbursement under this program, you must earn a passing grade of at least a C (undergraduate) or B (graduate) in a job-related, accredited course. This benefit is available to associates with one year of service or more.

Adoption Assistance — Choice Hotels offers full-time associates adoption assistance of up to $1,500 per adoption for limited expenses (eligible expenses include: agency fees, placement fees, attorney fees, maternity fees, and temporary foster care charges) incurred in the process of a legal adoption. This benefit is available to associates with one or more years of service.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) — Choice recognizes that there are times when associates may face difficult challenges. Choice's EAP is a confidential, third-party, referral program designed to help associates and family members with a wide variety of issues, including financial concerns, alcohol or drug problems, marital problems, illness, or emotional stress. Choice's EAP also has great parenting resources including finding appropriate day-care.

Legal Services — Through the legal services plan, you may access a national network of attorneys and obtain certain services and counsel at little or no cost. If you elect family coverage, your spouse and dependent children are also eligible for most services.

Hotel Discounts — Choice Associates can enjoy the exciting benefit of staying at many Choice properties at a discounted rate. All reservations and availability of associate discounts must be confirmed in advance by individual hotels. This benefit is available immediately to all Choice associates.

Employee Banking — Through relationships with several banks, Choice associates are able to access free checking and other banking services.

Pet Insurance — For the many associates with furry or fluffy family members, Choice offers Pet Insurance. PetCare is our provider of coverage for dogs and cats, covering the accidents and illnesses that most frequently impact domestic pets.

Bridges Choices Planner — As a choice associate you have access to a free online tool that allows each individual to build a very detailed personal portfolio designed to make appropriate choices regarding you and your family's future. This tool can help you and your children plan your career and educational future.

National Park Pass — Choice encourages you to explore any of the more than 380 amazing national parks. The best way to see the parks is to purchase a Park Pass. Choice offers associates a discounted rate on admission into any National Park.
