CREATE a communication channel with and EDUCATE Choice’s Senior Executives and People Managers. SUPPORT HR initiatives and policies that impact working parents.
Adelante Hispanic Alliance
Mission: Harness the power of diverse thinking, to build a community of associates who are engaged in the Hispanic community and want to make an impact for Choice Hotels’ Consumer, Company and Community.
Choice Hotels African American Resource Group For Employees (CHAARGE)
Mission: Leverage the diverse talents and experiences of Choice Hotels’ African American associates to assist in the execution of the company’s strategic business objectives, creating long-term stakeholder value.
Choice People, Resources, & Insights Dedicated to Equality (PRIDE)
Mission: PRIDE is a resource group for LGBTQ+ and ally associates that provides educational opportunities to raise awareness and gain full acceptance from the general associate population.
Women’s Business Alliance (WBA)
Mission: To connect Choice women with one another socially and professionally, to promote the growth and development of women, to afford women leaders a forum to give back, and to act as a sounding board for women’s issues in the workplace.
Veterans Are Loyal Organizational Resources (VALOR)
Mission: The mission of VALOR is to make a positive difference in the lives of veterans and their families through acknowledgment of service and sacrifice, promoting stewardship, and assisting those with needs.
Young Professionals Alliance (YPA)
Mission: The Young Professionals Alliance offers networking and development opportunities designed to address associates who are at the start of their careers, to connect members with one another socially and professionally, to promote career growth and development, to provide a broader understanding of the hospitality industry, and to act as a sounding board for associates.
The employee resource group offers networking events, educational webinars, and other resources to give young people more insight on the hospitality industry.
Mission: We enable success for all abilities through Awareness, Access, Advantages, and Advocacy. Our organization will raise awareness and champion the benefits of a diverse workplace to create a safe environment where people of all abilities can thrive. We will unleash the unique contributions of people with different abilities and begin to change perceptions of disabilities being barriers to success.
Choice Hotels Asian American Professionals (CHAAMP)
Mission: CHAAMP is a resource group whose mission is to bring the Asian community together, to be a resource for Choice associates, and to provide the company with support around diversity, helping Choice Hotels become an employer of choice for professionals of Asian backgrounds as well as building franchise relationships to support Choice growth.
