The employee resource group offers networking events, educational webinars, and other resources to give young people more insight on the hospitality industry.

We will unleash the unique contributions of people with different abilities and begin to change perceptions of disabilities being barriers to success.

Our Asian American Resource Group, CHAAMP, organized a Diwali celebration at our Phoenix campus, where our associates introduced a real Rangoli, an Indian regional fashion show, and traditional dances.
Our associates are “Unapologetically Proud” at the Capital Pride Parade in Washington, DC.
Our VALOR resource group volunteers annually for the USO, collecting and assembling bikes for children in need.
To help combat the stigma of invisible disability, our resource group, ENABLE, joined the Foundation Fighting Blindness for an awareness-oriented Vision Walk at Rockville Town Square in Maryland.
