We empower our associates to advance their careers by providing them with access to networks, resource groups, and other tools that promote career development, plus mentoring and activities that promote cultural awareness.

Our Asian American Resource Group, CHAAMP, organized a Diwali celebration at our Phoenix campus, where our associates introduced a real Rangoli, an Indian regional fashion show, and traditional dances.
Our associates are “Unapologetically Proud” at the Capital Pride Parade in Washington, DC.
Our VALOR resource group volunteers annually for the USO, collecting and assembling bikes for children in need.
To help combat the stigma of invisible disability, our resource group, ENABLE, joined the Foundation Fighting Blindness for an awareness-oriented Vision Walk at Rockville Town Square in Maryland.

Choice values a diverse workforce and is committed to providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all associates and all applicants, regardless of race, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other factor protected by applicable law.
