Choice has been recognized as an exceptional place to work. Here are just a few of our accolades:
The Best Employers for Diversity
Forbes surveyed 50,000 American employees across the USA to determine which companies were the best employers for diversity—and Choice is one of them! Fostering an inclusive culture is more than just the right thing to do—it better positions us for the future. People are our best asset, and the diverse thinking and experience they bring to work every day underpins our success as a company.

Chief Learning Officer Magazine: Trailblazer Award- Tim Tobin, ChoiceU
Choice is a world-class leader when it comes to industry education. The Trailblazer Award is given annually to learning leaders in recognition of excellence in learning and development, and those who have launched a new enterprise learning function or completely overhauled existing workforce development initiatives in the past year. For a gold win in the division of companies with less than 10,000 employees, Tim Tobin spearheaded the launch of ChoiceU.com. The results from these efforts include more than 47,000 active student accounts and an increased completion of content from 336,000 in 2015 to more than 1.7 million in 2017.
