Greetings from Minot

If it wasn't for Minot, we'd have a lot of empty rooms! Minot is Choice's largest contact center, handling 15,000-20,000 calls a day 365 days a year—that's around 6-7 million calls a year! Minot, also known as the "Magic City," is a beautiful small town located in the heart of north central North Dakota. The magic of Minot is the people and the first thing you will notice when you come to our contact center is that the staff, like our town, also has heart. The Minot Contact Center is a great place to work, and be a part of an energetic work group focused on quality customer service.
