This position is responsible for providing support services and the coordination of projects for the international department
II. ORGANIZATION
No direct reports.
III. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Administrative support for the Vice President; International Division including correspondence, various reports, expenses reports, etc.
Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations for the department; as well as processing of invoices, mail distribution, payroll, filing, etc.
Maintain international component of PeopleSoft updating to reflect current addresses, contractual information, etc.
Process documentation(Hotel Opening Guides, contracts, e-brochures, photos etc.) needed to activate new hotels into the system
Coordinate meetings/visitors as directed (agendas, hotel accommodations, meeting space, luncheons, etc.)
Respond to inquires from the international general e-mail address as well as corporate development web site, passing on leads to relevant master partner offices.
Special projects and research as required inclusive of research of Choice Privileges issues/complaints, convention, program implementation, etc.)
IV. SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required, completion of University degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
Minimum 2 years service related experience
Initiative, ability to work with minimal direction
Strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships
Use of common software applications, ability to understand technology solutions process
Flexibility in handling multiple tasks
Self starter; exhibits leadership skills
Customer service focus
