Provide analytical support in the development, implementation, communication, and administration of total rewards strategies and programs that enable the company to attract, retain and motivate top talent.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Job Evaluation & Analysis- Partner with managers on evaluating new and existing positions. Maintain and update the market pricing spreadsheet. This includes managing the market pricings of over 300 positions. Work with HR to provide compensation range and provide internal equity analysis. Provide analysis for the annual competitive assessment.
Workforce Analytics - Manage the Human Resources metrics including turnover, diversity, accession, human capital ROI, work-life programs, etc. This includes running reports from PeopleSoft, verifying the data, participating in benchmarking surveys, and preparing an analysis report for senior management to use for setting and verifying objectives. Analytics include quarterly metrics, talent review analysis and other financial reporting requirements.
HR Budget Analysis - Assists HR management team in planning and preparing departmental budgeting and forecasting, performs analysis and evaluation of the department's operating results. Partner with the finance department to determine cost impact on company-wide changes.
Survey Administration & Analysis - Oversee the participation in Total Rewards surveys such as Great Places to Work, Fortune 100, NAACP, and Diversity Inc. amongst others. Analyze Total Rewards surveys and develop recommendations and plans based on results of survey analysis.
Merit Administration - Administer Choice's merit process. This includes running reports from PeopleSoft, verifying the data, participating in benchmarking surveys, and preparing an analysis report for senior management to use for setting and verifying objectives.
SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in Business & Finance required or equivalent experience.
- Three (3) years experience working in a Compensation/Benefits, HR, or Finance department required.
- Three+ (3) years experience working with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Three (3) years experience of data manipulation and excel formulas required.
- Familiarity with Compensation laws, such as FLSA, EPA, EEOC, etc.
- HRIS experience preferred, specifically in report-writing.
- Superior oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong competency skills in the following areas: customer service, organizational skills; analytic and problem solving, innovation and creativity, providing business reason for change, decision-making, programs & project management, listening to others, and creating an inclusive culture.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects is required.
